Due to the nature of our merchandise we can only accept returns if we have made an error and have delivered an item which is not exactlty as advertised. We will also accept by return, any piece which is faulty upon delivery. In the unlikely event of such an occurance, we MUST be notified immediately and arrangements promptly made to return the item to us. If an item is returned to us in anything less than the brand new condition it was dispatched in (tags, plastics or adhesive seals intact and not removed or interfered with, scratches on case or clasp), then we will consider it sold. We do not have a platform for the sale of 'nearly new' items and will not offer for sale to our customers 'worn once' items.
