Payment Options

Please note that credit card payments are processed using the Sage Pay secure payment gateway facility to prevent fruadulent use of a credit card.

How it works

1. You select the goods you wish to purchase from our website and enter your order and delivery details.

2. Your credit card details are captured securely by Sage Pay.

3. You will be prompted to enter your Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code password on your card issuer's page.

4. The merchant bank sends the credit card details to your card issuer who authorises or declines the transaction.

5. The merchant bank then sends the transaction results back to Sage Pay.

6. Sage Pay sends the authorisation results to us and our customer to confirm the results of the transaction.

As well as accepting all major credit cards (Amex/Diners excluded) we can also accept payment by Bank Wire Transfer. For our customers in the UK and Ireland, we can also accept payment by Bank Deposit/CHAPS

For our International customers, Chronolux can accept payment by credit card or International Bank Wire Transfer only.

Chronolux does not accept payment using escrow services, please be aware that we will not respond to escrow enquiries.

Chronolux respectfully advises our customers that we will not dispatch any watch until funds have been received and cleared in our bank account or through Sage Pay, which may result in a delay depending on clearing procedures, particularly when paying by cheque.
