Delivery & Returns
Chronolux are happy to ship worldwide. However, at this time we will not consider shipping to countries in Africa, including South Africa, nor the Phillipines, Indonesia or any country (depending on current trends)where we perceive the possibility of problems in the transaction. For customers in the UK we use Royal Mail Special Delivery. For customers in Europe we offer a choice between Royal Mail, ParcelForce, or DHL/UPS depending on customer requirements. For customers worldwide we offer a choice between Royal Mail, ParcelForce, or DHL/UPS depending on customer requirements.
Chronolux will dispatch to the customer usually within 48 hours of funds actually clearing in our account. Depending on the speed of payment, Chronolux can complete a transaction from purchase to delivery in 4 days. Some methods of payment take longer to process than others.
Returns
Due to the nature of our merchandise we can only accept returns if we have made an error and have delivered an item which is not exactlty as advertised. We will also accept by return, any piece which is faulty upon delivery. In the unlikely event of such an occurance, we MUST be notified immediately and arrangements promptly made to return the item to us. If an item is returned to us in anything less than the brand new condition it was dispatched in, then we will consider it sold. We do not have a platform for the sale of 'nearly new' items and will not offer for sale to our customers 'worn once' items.
In the interest of security, Chronolux NEVER carry stock at our premises. Being internet-based, all stock is stored in bond and distributed by our logistics partners.
